New to Racing??? Want better skills for the upcoming Tour de Otepoti and MNR??
For 4 weeks beginning Saturday 21.05.16 Michael Greaves will be offering Road Cycling sessions on the Salisbury Circuit (MNR Circuit) aimed at new to racing and Junior Riders.
Session are focused on the essentials of safe bunch riding and common situations found in racing. Riding in a pace line, riding in and understanding different wind conditions, cornering in a bunch, establishing a breakaway and attacking, reeling in the break and sprints (how to, when to and how to do it safely)
Sessions will be hands on and aimed at learning for beginning riders and will be an entry level.
Places are limited to 10 riders for these sessions to work best.

And finally this is weather dependent so sessions will be postponed or cancelled on Saturday’s at 12:00 and notification will be via text.
