The Cycling Otago junior track development programme provides weekly coaching sessions with qualified coaches between October and December. Each session is one hour.  The club aims to schedule sessions on Wednesday afternoons and on Sunday afternoons.

To get an idea of commitment and help us make training groups we need all parents to fill in the form below for each junior who will take part. The Junior Development Programme fee is $25 per rider.

Accept waiver conditions*

Payment can be made to the Cycling Otago bank account (010906000528900) using your name as a reference. Payment needs to be made prior to the first coaching session.

Track Bike Hire

The club has track bikes for hire. Riders wishing to hire a bike will need to fill in a separate application form, available on the club’s website, by 30 September. If there is high demand for the bikes, they will be allocated first to riders who have not hired a bike from the club previously. New riders, juniors and riders who have attended multiple taster sessions will be prioritised.

Club Membership

Everyone attending junior coaching and racing must be a Cycling Otago member. Applications for membership open from 17 October. New riders should not join before this date, joining before 17 October will only get you a soon to expire 2016 membership.
