Course to start at Jeffcott St, south through Waldronville, turn at Brighton, finish at Green Park cemetery.<\/p>\n<p>ALL riders must attend briefing to start.<\/p>\n<p>Open handicap: announce handicap start times at 12.45 and race briefing.
